Conner Weaver is a senior at Wakefield School in The Plains, Virginia. He will be attending Florida Institute of Technology to pursue a degree in biomedical engineering. On a usual day you might find him laser focused, playing in a virtual chess tournament as he continues to embark on his voyage towards grand master status, or you'll find him in the basement storage room heating up his 3D printer to print yet another formicarium he designed for his ant colonies. Chess pieces, ant colonies, and 3D printers aside, he enjoys the simple intricacies of human behavior and consciousness, which is what undoubtedly helped him arrive at a thesis topic such as mental health, and will undoubtably contribute to many more hours of research while on this trek to a clearer understanding.
